Over years working as a private chef I have been sending family and friends recipes scrawled on postcards from wherever I may be; a dish baked for a party, a treat whipped up for afternoon tea, a cocktail shaken by the side of a pool or a speciality served in a local restaurant that has sparked my excitement. This website is a journal of these past and ongoing culinary adventures.



When off to new destinations I love researching where the best places are to buy food, if there are any local delicacies not to be missed and of course, if time permits, where to eat. In hope that others will find it useful ether when off on holiday or indeed get to work there themselves, I wanted to share this ever growing list on my “edible map” of places I have visited and loved.
