Recent projects includes transforming menus and updating food styles for the restaurants at the luxury golf resort Quinta Do Lago in the Algarve, Portugal.
Through her work as a chef working internationally, a top tier judge for the Great Taste Awards, an Academy of Chocolate judge and restaurant reviewer, Philippa has analysed, assessed and provided feedback on thousands of food products. Consequently she can provide your business with honest, unbiased and up-to-date professional feedback in order to improve and perfect your existing products and assist with your new product development.
Recent results include helping develop products for the now award winning Jai’s ice-cream, a successful new entrant into the marketplace.
