👩🏻‍🍳 waste nothing ! This is a tomato a 👩🏻‍🍳 waste nothing ! This is a tomato and pepper soup and lamb shoulder turned into todays lunch of penne pasta and lamb ragu with Rachel’s goat cheese and hazelnut pesto ( also from another meal 😉 . 
⭐️at home or at work I really do try to keep waste to an absolute minimum- obviously when working I try not to serve the same food twice so try and think of creative ways to use leftovers.
⭐️ Tarts / quiches are brilliant to use up bits of veg as is a salad - especially if you add a delicious flavour full dressing . 
⭐️ soups are great at using up  bits and pieces too as are curries, tagines , pasta sauces , stews and pies. Admittedly many of these are not authentic recipes but they are certainly delicious and they certainly help tidy the fridge !
