Welcome to my recipe and recommendation section! Here you will find a selection of recipes I have written inspired by my travels. Some are taken from the blog I wrote (2013 – 2018) ‘Postcard Recipes’ and so will start with a mini story from my life as a private chef. You will also find some of my top recommendations from around the world of where and what to eat. Suggestions include everything from extravagant Michelin starred fine dining restaurants to ultra-casual and easy on the wallet (but sometimes also Michelin starred!) street food stalls.
